Zepto filed an updated draft red herring prospectus with SEBI on June 8, 2026, targeting a fresh issue of ₹8,010 crore along with an offer for sale by early investors. As of March 2026, Zepto operated 1,139 dark stores across multiple cities with over 46,000 SKUs, and was processing more than 2.3 million orders per day. Its order volume has grown at a CAGR of 119.5% between FY2024 and FY2026.
