Your Next Job Is Probably Buried Somewhere in Here.

A Weekly job drop.

Welcome to the episode 1 of Curated Careers where I will do the job search and hunting for you so you can use your time more productively to just apply and prepare for the interviews. I know how the job market is of late and the amount of anxiety clocked in at all time - "Am I about to lose this job?" "Why can't I find anything?" "What if the next layoff round has my name on it?" "I can't stand it here, but I can't find a way out either."

You know the loop. We all do.

And the last thing you need is one more person handing you advice you didn't ask for, or sympathy you can't use. So I'm skipping both. Instead, here's something that might actually help: a handful of openings I think are worth your time.

Job Openings:

1. Anthropic

Late stage. Foundational AI lab. NY/SF. Here’s the bit people miss about the big labs: you don’t have to be a researcher to work at one. Anthropic is hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead, Marketing - the person who turns “we built something genuinely new” into something the rest of us actually understand.

2. Etched

Series A. AI inference chipmaker. Bay Area. Most AI startups build on top of someone else’s silicon. Etched baked the model architecture into the chip, a bet so specific it either prints money or it doesn’t. They want someone in Platform Operations to keep the machine running while they find out. If you’ve ever wanted your ops work to ship as actual physical hardware instead of another dashboard, this is the rare one.

3. Together AI

Series B. Infrastructure for AI model development. SF. Every founder you follow is building on something. A lot of them are building on Together. This is the unglamorous, deeply important layer - the GPUs, the training stack, the bit that doesn’t trend on X but quietly decides whether your demo works. They’re after a Manager, Infrastructure Strategy & Ops.

4. ElevenLabs

Series D. AI voice generation. Remote. You’ve heard an ElevenLabs voice this month and didn’t clock it, that’s the whole point. They’re hiring an Impact Strategy & Operations lead, the team that figures out how to scale fast and not break the world while doing it.

5. Goodfire

Series B. AI interpretability. SF. Everyone ships models. Almost nobody can tell you why the model did the thing it just did. Goodfire is one of the few teams working on that, the actual science of looking inside. They need a Vertical Lead to own a whole slice of it. Nerdy, niche, and arguably one of the most important problems in the field. For someone who wants depth, not breadth.

6. Crosby

Series B. AI law firm. New York. Not “legal tech.” A law firm that happens to run contracts at a speed no associate could match. It’s a genuinely weird, genuinely clever model, and they’re hiring a Strategic Project Lead to help build the operating layer of the thing. If you like the idea of reinventing an industry from the inside rather than selling software to it, look here.

7. Pallet

Series B. AI for logistics. SF. Logistics is boring right up until you realise it’s how literally everything in your house got there. Pallet is hiring GTM Strategy (Founding) and founding is the key word. You’re not slotting into a playbook, you’re writing the first one. This is the seat for the person who’s tired of inheriting other people’s go-to-market and wants to own it from zero.

8. Relativity Space

Series F. 3D-printed rockets. LA. Putting this last so it lands: not everyone orbiting the AI world writes code, and not everyone is even building software. Relativity prints rockets. They want a Senior Associate, Business Operations. If you’ve spent the whole list nodding along to AI-this and agent-that and quietly thought but what I actually want is to work on something I can watch take off, here you go. Literally.

The Takeaway:

Forward this to the friend who’s been “casually looking” for three months and hasn’t applied to anything, you know the one.

The motive here is simple: less doom-scrolling job boards and more actually hitting apply.
