Studying yourself is one of the most powerful investments you can make. The moment you understand your triggers, patterns, fears, and the stories you keep carrying, you stop operating on autopilot and start making more intentional decisions.
That kind of self-awareness changes the way you live, work, build and respond to life.
One of my biggest learnings from the last 5-6 years in design:
Good design rarely comes from trying to make things “look cool.”
It comes from understanding people deeply. How they think, what they ignore, what confuses them and what makes them stop.
