I am embarrassed to admit how many times I’ve sat down to publish this first post over the last 4 months and then re-read what I’ve wrote, and it’s either too long- too serious… or something else entirely.

for 51 years my nervous system loved chaos (especially in relationships: hello libra rising 💁🏼‍♀️)

it’s what she knew
from the moment she was born choas felt safe
because when it’s something we know, we feel comfortable even when it’s not healthy for us
what I’ve found - since ending my last relationship 7 months ago- is that the further I get away from chaos-
the peace feels less uncomfortable and less boring … and more like a friend I don’t mind making space for.
