Very nice article. What I wonder is the cost... it will be free for now, then once we get going how much will compute be. It's useful no doubt! Cost benefit needs sorting

Thank you! We're also wondering what the cost will be. I believe the general expectation is that those advanced agents, like Cowork or Scout, will bring additional cost as soon as they're out of Frontier. Let's see 😊

Scout is interesting because the risk moves from fluent text to delegated authority. Once an assistant can work across email, files, calendars or business tools, the question becomes: what can it touch, what can it change, and how reversible is the action?
