Some of you remember me having embarrassing printing issues with the first edition of 1000 Years of War as a result of the new Windows rolling out and the old Windows suddenly becoming suspiciously slow. Since then, we bought a used but new laptop with the updated operating system. The issue is, it was constantly overheating and crashing.

What are comics for you?

For me, it’s a way I connect with my father, he passed a long time ago. He took me to my first comic shop to pick up his Louis L'Amour books and we were given free reign to explore the amazing boxes of art. Comic after comic. I remember the long tables with white boxes and comics in brown bags or plastic. The smell of paper and ink, the feeling of the pages.
